About the event
Spotlight on Agriculture is sponsored yearly by the Clemson University Cooperative Extension Service Advisory Committee for Laurens County. The purpose of the event is to focus attention on various aspects of agriculture and related community concerns specific to Laurens County. It is also a time to pay tribute to our farmers, their families, and their contributions to our county.
Our speaker this year will be Chip Carter, Host of the RFD-TV program “Where Food Comes From.”
